This is a representative sample of the cheeses that we use for our platters, cheese classes and even as desserts. All cheeses are freshly cut and presented with an appropriate selection of fruits, nuts, artisanal salamis, olives and a selection of crackers or breads. We also will do salami, artisanal meats, olives or nut platters on request.
